How To Apply-It's Easy!

Step 1

Step 1: Apply for the Property You Love!
There are two fees! A $35 application fee. This covers the time it takes to review all of your infornation and managing your paperwork. Just make sure to provide the most accurate info you can so we can give your application a fair and thorough review. You’ll need to upload recent pay stubs and bank statements (or anything else that shows you’ve got solid income). The more you share to support your application, the better!

Step 2

Step 2: Background Screening Time!
After you apply, you'll get an automatic email to start your background screening. This step includes a credit, criminal, and eviction check—and the platform charges a $32 fee. If you don’t see the email, no worries—just reach out and we’ll help! We usually get the results back pretty quickly, so hang tight!

Step 3

Step 3: You're Almost Home!
By now, we’ve gathered all your documents and followed up on anything that came up during screening. If everything checks out, it’s time for the exciting part—approval! From here, we’ll collect your security deposit, get the lease signed, and hand over the keys to your new home. Welcome—we hope you absolutely love it here!
